This is off topic, I know. But it just landed in my inbox. Inflammatory... so I post it here without comment, as I haven't had time to look into it further. Barbara Olsen??? Edger, come on. There is no Poland-Austria border, and her name is spelled Olson. But, it's not off-topic if it's what you are reading on Monday.

TBogg is shot, as well as the other Nader-haters. They are under the delusion that the Democrats represent liberal views, that Democrats can turn our country around, that Democrats are anything but big business lite. Classic kick the dog...the Dems are good as dead, lets blame Ralph. Nonsense. In the last two presidential elections, only two candidates represented real change, Michael Badnarik and Ralph Nader. I still feel quilty I didn't vote for Ralph in 2004, like I did in 2000. If Ralph doesn't go in 2008, I'm with Badnarik. I'd vote for Mickey Mouse before I vote for a Dem or Repub ever again.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 - Topping the federal government’s list of costs related to Hurricane Katrina is the $568 million in contracts for debris removal landed by a Florida company with ties to Mississippi’s Republican governor. Near the bottom is an $89.95 bill for a pair of brown steel-toe shoes bought by an Environmental Protection Agency worker in Baton Rouge, La. The first detailed tally of commitments from federal agencies since Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast four weeks ago shows that more than 15 contracts exceed $100 million, including 5 of $500 million or more...
