Libby Judge Denies His Motion to Dismiss

Judge Reggie Walton today denied Scooter Libby's motion to dismiss the indictment based on a claim that Patrick Fitzgerald's appointment was constitutionally and statutorily improper. Tom Maguire has the 31 page ruling.

No suprise on this one.

    Rove back in front of the grand jury, the motion to dismiss dismissed, and Mariano blows a save. My day. Well, bad or not, only one of the above was a surprise.

    What was Comstock thinking? Wonder if she is getting a cut. This very, very, long shot sounds like it was expensive.
