    i didn't need bob woodward to tell me what in incompetent f*ck rumsfeld is, i knew that already, from his first go round. rumsfeld personifies extreme arrogance coupled with amazing ineptitude, a deadly combination. this is the hallmark of the g. bush administration, starting at the top.
