Waas and Wilson Discuss Fitzgerald

Investigative reporter Murray Waas and Joseph Wilson were on Demcracy Now today discussing RoveGate, the White House Iraq Group and the Cheney connections. Here's the transcript, it's good stuff.

As I opined here, for me,

All roads still lead to the White House Iraq Group, Office of Special Plans and Defense Policy Board: Libby, Luti,John Hannah, Stephen Hadley, Robert Joseph, to name a few.

Not to forget, of course, that Karl Rove attended most of the White House Iraq group meetings.

Some juicy bits. I hope that Wilson's belisf in Fitzgerald pans out. Also, I wish Amy Goodman asked Wilson if he or his wife knew Miller and for how long. " ... blurting this stuff out about my wife to absolute strangers", declares that Novak did not know the man who approached, more of a mystery now, unless Wilson was being rhetorically hyperbolic (they were perfect strangers). "...There was this very, very key meeting between Judith Miller and a senior official in the Bush administration on July 8." Didn't Miller also meet with Novak on the 8th or am I mixing thngs up? Certainly the phone log from Air Force one figure into this somehow. Didn't the Predizent refuse to turn over these logs?

Waas was talking about some document that was either given or shown to Miller on the 8th during a meeting she had in DC
