Nevada Rejects Pot Legalization
A Nevada ballot initiative to decriminalize possession of up to 3 ounces of marijuana for personal use was soundly defeated. According to ABC News, as of midnight, the results were:
No 272, 418 61%
Yes 173, 720 39%
% of precincts reporting: 83
