Sutton Pardoned

Josiah Sutton, who served 4-1/2 years in prison for a rape he didn't commit, has been pardoned by Texas Gov. Rick Perry. The pardon saves Sutton the anguish of having to live as a registered sex offender while waiting for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals to decide his fate.
