Indecent Judge

by TChris

Last year, TalkLeft reported the story of an Oklahoma judge who was accused of pleasuring himself (and using a "male enhancement pump") while on the bench. The (now former) judge, Donald Thompson, was charged yesterday with indecent exposure. Smoking Gun has the story.

The judge declared the charges were inflated and vowed he could beat the rap with one hand tied behind his back. Refusing to respond to reporter's questions Monday he would only say his briefs contained his response to the allegations and tissue samples taken had raised a sticky matter of judicial issues. His additional motions, filed in a back and forth exchange with prosecutors, indicated his defense might invoke 1st amendment religious grounds as his behavior was directly related to the Second Coming and the Rapture subsequent to that event. While prosecutors have been restrained by a self imposed gag order, an anonymous source revealed that recovering the evidence had been a stroke of luck. Investigators remarked that the pump seized during the investigation did have several qualities in common with a submarine. You guys have been great, don't forget to tip your bartenders and waitresses, up next is Hilary Duff!

This guy really needs to take a plea. According to the papers posted at The Smoking Gun, there are a half-dozen jurors from this judge's trials who are going to testify about all the "whooshing" noises they heard while he was sitting behind the bench. Why on earth would he submit himself to that kind of public humiliation?

Why on earth would he submit himself to that kind of public humiliation? Maybe that's his thing.

Omigod! Thank you, Talk Left! I haven't laughed that hard in god knows how long. As sick and pathetic as it is, only Dickens could top this! Unreal.

"Maybe that's his thing." Yes, of course. Hadn't thought of it.

The letter "l" appears in this sentence one time too often.

Hey, if the answer is explicit, please don't post it here. Censor software is everywhere these days.

TL, I hope the previous post was within boundaries, I have no wish to offend. I think the answer is acceptable as a double entendre; Chupetin - submarines are long, hard and full of sea men. It's an old joke and I guess I thought everybody knew it. Good thing I didn't make the Flip Wilson reference;-) Ray - good one! I bet he finds his next trial somewhat of an anticlimax.
