No charges will be filed against Bill Cosby , according to the Montgomery County, PA District Attorney. Reason: insufficient evidence.

    The Cos is still tops in my book. Remember that episode where he chewed out Theo for wearing that $400 yellow Gordon Gautraille? Keep preachin the word, Cos!

    Very difficult charges to prove. Easier to make the case in civil court where the burden of proof is lower. Of course, it raises the question about trying to draw the various lines about consent, intent, damages, etc. Good for circulation.

    So the chrages were dismissed for lack of evidence. How does that make him guilty again?
