Not surprisingly, Tarik Shah, the martial arts expert/musician charged with the Florida doctor in New York's latest terror case is asserting an entrapment defense. His lawyer says he is the victim of an "orchestrated prosecution."

Asked if he felt his client had been entrapped, [attorney]Ricco said: "It's a sting operation and one thing our country is good at is we're really good when it comes to setting up people in these cases. When it comes to trying to do something other than that, we seem to be lousy at it. ... That's what happens when you chase people like Tarik Shah. How do you expect to catch Osama bin Laden?"

The doctor hasn't gotten a lawyer yet. The next hearing is set for June 28.

    Entrapment, its done all the time by the FBI, It normal business, if you are a fool you make it real easy for the guys up at the FBI. Come on people, its the way of life for our non government, and it works without evidence. But remember if he did that in the mideast you would never hear what happen to him. the best thing he can do is say yes and ask to get out of prison before he in dead.

    Are these people the best our non Gov't can do, Fred?? Are we satisfied with this??

    Is dead, not in dead, but it sounds funny and i love it. yes mfox, its our way and it will kill millions of people someday, see we really don't have a real government and have not had a government for over 50 years, the boys in washington are working for others and hate us as much as bin laden, but remember who old bin is and remember who bush is, can we say family? and remember someday we will all be entraped inside the system for mass murder reasons.

    et al... Didn't I hear that both of these guys swore allegence to Osama? If that doesn't make them suspects I don't know what does? Is anybody ever really guilty in your eyes?...or is this government always wrong? You all would be the first ones screaming if one of these guys pulled off (bankrolled) another terrorist attack and the Government knew they were here...knew they were linked to Osama & did nothing? Right??? Please tell me I'm wrong. There is just no winning with you is there?
