Gosh, what do you think they'll name a KAT that was born during Hurricane KATrina? I'm stumped.

Not bad, but I think "Lucky" might say it better.

TL- Perhaps you would consider posting a Human Society banner for the Katrina relief fund? The Humane Society is a great charity and needs donations badly. These animals are as helpless as the human refugees, maybe more so. They certainly aren’t as resourceful or as high profile.

Cats and yes, dogs are good people, all pets are loved by someone. in fact if you want to do something ask your cat he or she will tell you what to do.

For me this is the saddest part of all; hundreds of pets trapped in houses or on roofs, all scared and alone. For the life of me, I'll never understand why rescue operations don't include pets. It seems to me that many of these people who feel like stranded refugees would feel at least a modicum of relief to share their situation with a beloved pet.
