Roberts' Hearing Delayed Until Next Monday

The Judiciary Committee has delayed the confirmation hearing of Judge John Roberts until next Monday. Chair Arlen Specter says he expects the hearing to take no more than one week, which would put Roberts on the Court for the beginning of the October 3 session.

    So Rehnquist will have a chance to be interred before we move forward and or backward with the Roberts hearings? If Specter is giving the hearings a week, at last half of that will be filled with praise for a man who would take us back into the nineteenth century by men like Medical Bill Frist. How much time will women have to express their concerns? A week? This guy will serve for life.
