Warren vs. Arnold in California?

Is Warren Beatty getting ready to challenge Arnold Schwarzenegger in California? I don't really think he's going to run, but it sure sounds like he's testing the waters.

    May the better actor win.

Great. Dick Tracy versus Commando. Whoever wins, California loses. Didn't they get enough of this when they elected that actor named Bonzo back in the late 60's and early 70's?

Any Democrat kicks the Exsggerator out of office. Not the first time Beatty has sounded like a candidate but as was pointed out ...pretty unlikely.

Scharzenneger is utterly useless. Beatty's a little long in the tooth, but at least he has a functioning brain.

Schwartzenegger was NOT legally elected. The recall fraud used untested, uncertified software, which in itself, without reference to all the rest of the vote fraud, the lies in the press, and S.'s lies himself, invalidates the election under California law. Why was he put into power by Karl Rove? (who had been planning on running him in 2006) To eliminate Bustamante's ten billion dollar lawsuit against ENRON. Money talks -- Democracy walks. Or marches. As a native Californian, my vote is for AS to be deported as soon as possible. He can take his hyper-violent movies with him. I and millions of fellow Californians will NEVER watch an entertainment with him in it, again. His career is over.

Posted by What A Load: "Any Democrat kicks the Exsggerator out of office." In a fair election. Regrettably, we don't have those in THIRTY states that no longer have papertrail voting. In California, the Republican election officials (which, unlike Dems are both bribed AND ideologically aligned to one-party non-democracy) have actually argued that: • The required manual recount audit of the election is best done by getting the total from the machine a second time. • Ignore for a moment that a second recount from a machine is not in any way 'manual.' • The official's reasoning? IF THE ELECTION RESULT FROM A BY HAND RECOUNT OF PAPER BALLOTS DIFFERED from the originally announced machine result, it would cause too much of a public crisis in confidence in the voting system. So, according to this high official, it is not a good idea to hand recount the ballots. Just ask the machine what it's total is a second time. And eat this cyanide. Simple!

In defense of Beatty I've heard his a serious liberal and Democrat. He knows the issues and is an activist and donor to many causes. Much better than the current installed GOP governor of California.
