You won't believe what this guy has to do for his roadside sobriety test. The video is laugh-out loud funny. 21:17:34 is where I just cracked up and laughed for the rest of the way through. [Via Crim Prof Blog.]

    "Reno 911" is the consistently funniest show on television. It's a much needed tonic to the horde of cop shows that are pretty much as Monty Python described it: "fairy stories about the police". And, much as it pains me as a gay guy, Lt. Dangle is probably the most realistic gay character in a recurring role...

    I watch this, and its not funny its an outrage against his rights, but in a totally controled insane mad house its looked at as funny for control reasons. Inside the evil empire of the dead USSR only 2.5 percent of its people were Imprisoned, today In our land of freedom over 3 percent are Imprisoned in this land of non freedom. SEE People its not about a DUI Its about rights over insane laws. someday you will understand all the why's? So stop following insane laws and start to see it for what it is and not what you want it to be.

    ok so its from Reno 9-11 but its not funny can't stand that show.

    Reno 911 is hilarious. It is my understanding talking to cops, that they like it too. Fancy that, a cop/law enforcement show that cops and defense lawyers both like.

    That would be funny even it was a real traffic stop. It's not as if she asked him to do anything really degrading or anything. Just a bit of good humor. I did find the bit about the alphabet backward interesting though. I learned to do it without thinking about it years ago (in my stupid wasted youth) as a joke. Got stopped one night and was asked to say the alphabet and then asked the trooper if he would like it forward or backward. He was not amused. But New Jersey State troopers are notorious for a total lack of a sense of humor anway. Also had a former boss who did very much what this guy does at the end. After having passed all of the roadside sobriety tests, the copy asked him how many drinks he had had (he was witnessed leaving a bar at 7:00 AM after an all night concert). He honestly responded "Just 15 Jack and Cokes". They took him into custody and called his brother to come get him, but didn't press any charges.

    would it be so funny if cop shot to death more people? its about controlling the ideals of what cops can do to you, just like in saddam\bush's iraq! it maybe from some low life tv show but thats not the point its about how the rats want you to think and act. its all about the control of public and the minds of people by using this kind of madness.

    Yes, it is "Reno 911." Yes, it is one of the funniest shows, largely of improvisation, on television, so funny, in fact, that I have watched some of the episodes repeatedly because my TiVo catches them all, and I watch them again and again and laugh as hard the fifth time as the first. I saw it when it was originally shown, and I received this clip from a lawyer in Montreal, of all places, over a year ago.

    That speaks volumes of the typical wrong-wingers feelings for people not yet even accused of a crime, let alone arrested, charged, and convicted.

    I have seen that video before, but didn't realize it was from Reno 911. I've had officers in cases that I've worked on who expect the suspect to perform like that.
