Back by demand. After watching last night's show which think was the best of the season by far, I wasn't sure anyone would want to discuss it. But, I've gotten a request, so here it is.

    Thank you, thank you. I actually thought last night after the show..."Can't wait to read the TL blog". First thank goodness Tony is awake. I loved the shot of his mother, his discussion with cousin Tony but enough was enough and it was just the right amount of dreamy Tony. This episode had it all. Deception, murder and greed. Tony will now have his original statement confirmed..."Only blood..." and will turn to Carmela. All other will be shown to be unworthey of his trust and the war with Johnny will bring it all to a head. Should be awesome.

    I believe I said 2 episodes and we would hear from him..... Another good set up episode. Every year I get bored with the set up episodes but with all the guessing as to how the story lines are going to play out according to how I predict them so I am happy with the foreshadowing thus far. Carmella is going to feel a surge of power taking care of Tony and I cannot see her leaving him, I like that story line and cannot wait to see it play out. What is well written but hard to watch is the polygamist show...

    Edie Falco is amazing. I don't think I've ever seen better acting on a television show. And the scene where Pauly sent Tony into tachycardia was worth the cost of my cable bill ;)

    Nolo, Hillarious. He's talking about his flabby arms while Tony heads towards the light. Also the scene where they break down the horror-mobster movie and get in a fight about the meaning of a "slasher" film was classic Saprano's.

    Slado, agreed. I'd forgotten about Christopher's screenwriting aspirations until I saw the scene where he and the guys snatched Tim Daly's character and Christopher started telling the poor writer what kind of script he was going to have to write.

    Yeah, that was some episode alright. So much for the svelte "Young, healthy, Vito Spatafore." I think that Saturday Night Fever White Suit is stayin' in the closet like Vito himself. A million dollar haul and Paulie Walnuts is clippin' coupons. Gabby Dante is Lady MacBeth. Bobby is blockin' Sylvio's ambulance. Everyone is thinkin' of others. Manon! Tony's gonna have a period of transition getting back into it. I see 2-3 episodes. I don't think we've seen the last of the flashbacks and the dream sequences as he talks to Melfi and Carmella about his experiences. I still see Meadow comin' to the fore here, somehow.

    I love this show for the daring and imaginative writing, not to mention the hilarity at times. I'm appalled to no end with the fratboy sentiments that this show is worth nil without violence every episode. This season is off to an excellent start, with all the prominent cast members getting some juicy material to work with. I still support this show wholeheartedly. Anyway, predictions: Tony will learn of the infighting, and mete out some serious punishment. Bobby will be scolded for his complaints. I don't think he'll let his obsession with Dr. Melfi fade into the sunset just yet, either.
