Just in case the fork isn't deep enough into Rudy Giuliani's presidential aspirations, the New York Times helps out a bit.

It's a three page article filled with examples. It begins:

    is the party so arrogant, they feel the rubes will take anything they offer? or is giuliani's ego so massively inflated, that he believes everyone will overlook his documented history, and elect him anyway, because of 9/11?
