Obama and radicalism tonight. I'm watching it to see what is ahead of us. This is flat out slander. Way worse than I expected.

If you like Chavez in Venezuela, you will like "Barry" Obama. This is really nasty.

I know people just like this. They believe anything said on Fox. On person I know has a nephew in Iraq. I pose my arguement; she says her nephew is fighting to keep those terrorists from coming here to the USA and killing me!

I haven't been one for quite some time, a couple of years, as a matter of fact. So, I will read your review and decide whether it is worth it to put this on my Netfix list when it comes out on DVD. Check in after work tomorrow. Later. ;-)

deal. Just Bill with other people & a camera. He's lucky he can make a living doing this schtick. Looks easy. I like him but this was just, well, too easy.

Typical Bill Maher. Although, I wasn't expecting him to use fire and brimstone techniques to make us believe, although, I think, in this case, it is entirely appropriate :)

    to being a "maverick".

A "maverick" is an unbranded calf which by definition, does not call attention to itself.

How can McPalin be "mavericks" if all they do is call attention to their "maverickness"?

Well, there goes my Senator Feingold (none / 0) (#12)

. . . so he is not a maverick at all, after all?

Russ like to call himself that, too.

but everytime I read there were no Presidential debates from 1960-1976 I wonder why and if you know the answer.  Do you?

in a general election.  As to why the concept wasn't revived again for four terms, I can't recall -- but it takes both sides to agree, and I would bet that after 1960, Republicans didn't trust the medium!  After all, Nixon was determined to be the winner of that debate by political observers.  But it turned out otherwise at the polls, when it turned out that voters like their president to be photogenic.:-)  (Ugh.)

Just dealing with my special needs kids and getting ready for another IEP meeting tomorrow.

The IEP is for my son who is severely delayed in expressive language skills, yet is so visually oriented that he's beginning to read before he speaks in complete sentences.  He's a conundrum, an enigma, a mystery, wandering out on the fringes of the bell curve.

I wish I could redirect his fascination with how things work.  Almost every flashlight we were using for the power outage was reduced to their component parts, in some cases more components than I realized they had!

It takes more than analytical skills to do well though.  Humans are social animals, so social skills are very important.
