    Wonder if he is going to exempt his own products from that tariff.

    Donald Trump has emerged in recent years as the nation's foremost China basher, going after the Asian superpower for undervaluing its currency and for taking American manufacturing and jobs. So it's at least ironic -- and at most an example of gross hypocrisy -- that Trump's own line of men's wear, the Donald J. Trump Signature Collection, is manufactured in China.

    But the fact remains. Trump has shaken things up. Stirred the pot. Spilled the beans. Called momma home.

    What that will accomplish I don't think anyone knows. In the meantime, let's just enjoy and see of any of his wild shots hit home. 11/2012 will tell us all.

    It's gotten him ratings for his show, and will probably do so in the future.

    Trump has shaken things up

    That's what blowhards like to do.  

    Hot air lifts balloons, that doesn't mean it's good for anything else.

    I don't see him actually putting any of his finances on public display, and he doesn't have to until next year if he so chooses.

    When he puts his financials where his mouth is, then he's a serious candidate.

    It is possible that any of the wild shots that Trump is taking which you seem to be enjoying may just legitimize some very ugly wild shots that outside Democratic groups may take against the eventual GOP nominee.
    You may come to regret what you are wishing for now.

    In the meantime, let's just enjoy Trump talking about things that no one wants to.

    Maybe Seinfeld will come back on TV. Heaven knows we haven't had a decent comedy show since he left.

    Seth Myers talk about things that no one did about The Donald to his face :-). The Donald looked really uncool and the open season on the clown with  double combed hair may have just begun.

    Meyer's and Obama's audience was at the dinner or watching.

    Trump's audience was not.

    And every time Obama hits back he legitimizes Trump. A wise man never fights with some one beneath him.

    But why isn't there an official Top-10 list, approved by some official federation of Comedians?

    For a list of God's greatest gifts for comedians (USA ver.), I'd think that you'd have to include:

    Sarah Palin
    Ted Kennedy
    Bill Clinton
    Dan Quayle
    Jerry Brown
    Dick Cheney
    John Edwards
    Richard Nixon

    (Of course, this doesn't count celebrities like OJ Simpson and Charlie Sheen, or perennial joke fodder like TV Evangelists, "France" and the NFL ownership.)

    my point, politically speaking, is that Reagan, a fool and a tool if ever there was one, not only was elected and reelected president of the USA, but has become beatified and revered by everyone including Obama who regularly evokes him as a role model.

    So - watch out for Trump.

    And I say 'might'. But we are sadly lacking people who say what they really believe. It may not be truth as we know it - but I think Trump believes what he says. Trump comes across as a non-politician, who says what he thinks. Now he may say foolish things, but it has to be refreshing to hear someone say what he thinks.
    This is worth a lot in politics. Who is going to believe Obama when he wants everyone to strive for change? Or hope? Two and a half years and things are worse. No change and less hope. Obama said whatever sold in 2008. He isn't going to be able to sell it again.

    ... Bush ever was and he's more qualified than half the R's who are exploring the possibility.

    R's will vote for their candidate, qualifications aren't really part of the equation, see Palin,circa 2008.
