World Cup Day 15

USA! USA! Today's the big day. A win or a draw over Germany puts USA through. Even with a loss a Portugal win over Ghana probably puts USA through. A Ghana win and USA loss gets very very dicey. apparently torrential rains in Recife. Will the tams play to win? Honestly, I hope not. In any event, the picks:

Group G - Brasília - Portugal vs. Ghana, Under 3½, Ghana Pick (+165).

Group G - Recife, USA vs. Germany, Under 3

Group H - Curitiba, Algeria vs. Russia, Under 2½, Russia +110.

Group H - São Paulo, South Korea vs. Belgium, Under 2½ (+110), Belgium -1 (+125

Go USA!

and I am watching the World Cup. Take that, Ann Coulter!

I love soccer. I love it so much that I am watching it live-streamed in Spanish because I do not have cable or satellite so Univision was my only free online option.

I do not speak Spanish, but the language of futbol is universal.  :-)

It's so strange...if ya don't wanna like soccer, more power to ya, don't like soccer...nobody's forcing you.

But why b*tch about other people liking soccer?  It's not our fault you don't understand the game or appreciate it's beauty...do your thing and we'll do ours...let freedom ring.

Our defenders are deadly serious, keeper looks lonely sometimes but the aggressive pressure is working, and Dempsey aggressive at Germany's goal too.

We are forgetting our place in World Cup soccer.  Can we forget for 90 straight mins?

in the other game, Portugal 1 Ghana Nil.

But that's enough Portugal, don't get any ideas about winning 5-Nil!  2-Nil tops.

Than Muller, he has great speed covering ground. I'm thinking that was why the sub.  It's working, so far.
