Mueller Secret Memos Revealed

Buzzfeed has obtained secret Mueller probe memos through several FOIA lawsuit. Saturday it published the first installment, which touch on "revelations about the Ukraine conspiracy theory, Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort, and more."

    The idea that Ukraine, and not Russia, was behind the electronic thievery and election interference, was seeded by Manafort and Kostantin Kilimnik (whom Mueller lined to Russian Intel) during the campaign.

     Trump's  eager picking up on this notion, despite the findings of the US Intel Community, moved him to shakedown Volodymyr Zelensky for an investigation (with Biden and son, it seems, an add-on).

     Proof of Trump's obsession would serve his ego and help, he believed, in making his election appear legitimate.  And, of course, it would be a part of his apparent
     role as Russian asset (removing the dreaded sanctions).

    It looks to me that the Trump/Russia scandal and the Trump/Ukraine scandal are of one piece. And, effected, in part, with the same cast of characters.

     Mueller's testimony to Congress was just one day before the Trump extortion/bribery phone call to the new Ukraine president, suggesting how emboldened he became after slithering away from the Mueller probe with the aid of Willian (Roy Cohn) Barr.

    involved in the campaign after he supposedly "resigned", if I have the timing right.

    Yes, it is all one big criminal enterprise from start to finish. It may never finish actually. He and the family will be grifting forever whether in or out of office.

    So sad to realize that most of Putin's wish list has been fulfilled by his American Asset. Trump appears to still be working on throwing NATO into total Disarray to complete the Putin pinata.

    will be whether the Supreme Court grants a stay pending its consideration of the case. That requires at least four Justices to say the case appears to warrant review, and at least five to say there is a reasonable chance that the unanimous Second Circuit panel was wrong. Not so sure the DOJ or Tr*mp's own lawyers can rustle up those votes.
