    Each time I grow hopeful that maybe this time Bush and his buddies will have gone too far and the public won't let them off. Yet they manage to keep coming back around. If ever I prayed that finally this is really it....................

    Interesting that the article doesn't seem to mention how the factors of corruption and incompetence played into the White House failures.

    I don't know what you guys are talking about. It was ALL the local authorities' fault. Remember? Geez. I'll see that you get that memo.

    Hey... they didn't "blow" anything... No one expected the levies to fail......... right???
