In Lieu of Flowers. Vote Democratic

When one person does it, it's interesting. When two people do it, it's noteworthy. When three people do it, it may be the beginning of a movement.

Thanks for posting my Dad's Obit. He was very passionate about politics. I regret he did not live long enough to see the 2006 cycle. I think it would give him great joy as it appears as though the Dems will do quite well. You can go to the Boston Globe obit page and sign the guest book. I want to see how many new 'friends of Grant' will sign and vote democratic.

Oh c'mon, ytterby. What good is google if it can't quickly find lyrics to a song for you? (You've heard of google, right? It's this newfangled thing called a search engine, helps make another newfangled thing, the internets, useful) Then you can just cut and paste. Anyway, Arlo was touring last fall, the 40th Anniversary tour of the Alice's Restaurant Massacree. Took my 20 year old to hear it, and he enjoyed it. What was really good, though was the opening act, The Mammals. If you get a chance to hear them, take it. 5 people, including Pete Seeger's grandson, and the daughter of Jay & Molly Unger (Ashokan Farewell, the theme to the Civil War series on TV).

It's like planting a tree and taking out the trash in one fell swoop.

It's also the last place you're likely to run into a repo.

Dr. Urry's only saving grace was that he liked cats...though they didn't always like him (wise animals, cats).  I'll continue to vote Republican.
