This video of Hillary hugging two shrieking middle-aged female fans, who in a post-hug interview (at 58 seconds in) act like it's 1964, they are 13 and just met the Beatles, is hilarious.

If they are representative of the commitment of female voters over 50 to Hillary, and I suspect they are, they are going to give Obama's youth voters a run for their money.

I hope you watch it, it's a good laugh before turning off the computer after a long, dismal night of the worst television reporting and commenting in recent memory.

    and tonight you are doing great...I am cheered...knowing we are not alone...and are fighting back...Keep in mind...that the news tomorrow will hopefully wipe away this inconsequential state that hardly matters since it votes Republican anyway.  Anyway, the big big news is that Governor Crist of Florida is supporting McCAin...it is a huge endorsement inasmuch as Romney was gaining in Florida.  Obama is a lightweight against McCain...and independent and Republicans are not voting Obama over McCain..But against Hillary, McCain's age really becomes a problem.

    And I can guarantee you that the commitment of women my age and older to Hillary absolutely eclipses that of the youngsters to Obama. We just aren't as googoo-eyed about it.

    We're not only older and have more insurance, we have time, energy, determination, strength, wisdom, courage, experience, and money. And we vote.

    Obama kiddies will have another chance. We've been waiting all our lives for this.

    Thank you so much for sharing that video - it was adorable and gave me a much needed laugh after suffering through one of the most depressing nights of MSNBC coverage ever.

    The media is doing for Obama what it did for Bush - it is giving him a free pass because he "makes them feel good" and because "he's the kind of guy they'd like to have a beer with."  It's sickening how lazy and superficial the media (and the American people) are - again.  Have they learned nothing from the past seven years?

    Blind faith is not something this proud atheist believes in, but it seems the majority of Americans and pundits do, and they are willing to time and time again support candidates with it. Obama's supporters remind me of religious fanatics in some ways.  I find it disturbing.

    I don't subscribe to cable television, thankfully. I rely basically on TL for fair coverage. But I'm so involved in local activism, that's where my focus is. The crowning is gonna happen in a couple of weeks, anyway, so I'll wait til June or thereabouts to chime in my 2 cents.

    is required in this battle. It will be won by the determination and willingness to fight. Hillary sets the example...I don't know how she does it...her schedule is grueling...and yet she fights on every day despite a chorus of lies and misrepresentations and worse.  Just keep looking at these people who spin...who they are...their lack of intellectual honesty...and get mad...very mad...channel that energy....channel the fury...

    Thanks for that video....that's great.  And regardless of who we support - it's great to see that kind of enthusiasm in an election.

    It is noon here and, until I saw your clip, I was still depressed from CNN's awful coverage. Now I feel sooo much better! We are not alone [I never really thought we were, but you know. . . ] The women were just beautiful! And Hillary will be our next President! Thank you.
