I completely agree with Jeff Rosen. Let's apply the "Kagan Standard" to Elena Kagan.

    discussions must've brought this up...surely somebodymentioned it!  So...it will be interesting to see the varied responses from insiders and leakers re whether it was dismissed as an issue in a cavalier manner or whether the White House and nominee have agreed to their talking points, including on this issue.

    What could she possibly say to duck her own issue?  "I've changed my mind!?!"

    Well, I suppose.
