important, since he is apparently nuts;however, the political leanings of those who incite attacks like this DO matter.

The rightwing has been spewing mega hate indoctrination and inciting violence for awhile now.  When they get called on it they will do everything they can to say that the leftwing does it too, but don't let them get to you.  I don't preach getting my way with John Boehner by using guns and I don't paint crosshairs on him either, I don't vandalize rightwing vehicles when I go to leftwing events either or bring my firearm.  Don't let them get to you.

by Militarytracy on Sat Jan 08, 2011 at 07:21:10 PM EST
means anything to Cindy after she was able to initially open the door for the Iraq War debate to begin.  She was soooo dedicated to her son then and blowing the Bush/Cheney rhetoric clear out of the water....and she did.  After that success though, I don't think she cares about garnering political capital or credibility.  Her work with Code Pink gave her life meaning after the loss of her son when she really needed it andgarden.  She doesn't have much of an ego though...she really doesn't, she has more of a martyr personality and mission when things really mean something to her and she could not get the death of her son to mean anything to her without challenging all essences and aspects of war.  She needed healing, it was how she found some of it.

when she asked the question "What Noble Cause?"  Later on she decided to join up with Code Pink on a dedicated and serious level, and that was a choice well within her rights.  Her initial response to the Iraq War and the rhetoric though in my mind was not diminished in anyway for me when later on she dedicated herself to Code Pink issues....which tend to be very controversial.
