We won't be surprised if Luster is without assets to pay the judgment. But, if the victim does collect, we hope she offers to reimburse Dog "The Bounty Hunter" Chapman for the expenses incurred locating and capturing Luster. But for Dog, Luster would still be hanging out in Mexico, looking for other women to prey upon.
